Spit-Shield for Trash-Talking Defendant

2008_08_lecter.jpgA man on trial for slashing his roommate with a scalpel was in court "with a spit-shield around his mouth." That's because Akieme Nesbitt's lawyer said Nesbitt spat on him. Nesbitt has gained a certain kind of infamy for badmouthing Judge Carol Berkman; the Post reports, "On one occasion, he told her to 'Suck my d---,' a request to which she responded, 'Application denied.'" Oh, and Nesbitt slashed his roommate because, after he told his roommate he was hoping to work at Pathmark, his roommate said, "I have too much pride to work for Pathmark."

    "Application denied."

    Judge Carol Berkman is AWESOME.

Buh bye Akieme. You'll soon be in the vortex of felatio and you'll be bandied about like a rag doll, your newfound talents traded nightly for postage and smokes.

    Aw, slasher, cheer up.

I have a feeling if Judge Carol Berkman is also the sentencing judge, that Akieme Nesbitt's future does not look bright.

Way to get on your own lawyer's good side. If he gets any time at all, I bet he won't get out alive after talking trash to the wrong inmates.
