This is a 1200 ft. high building and the contractor is minimizing this? Wait until a couple walking by below gets decapitated by falling glass and debris. This tall mess should be uninsurable.

if my memory serves me correctly this is the same building site where a few years ago one of the news channels did an undercover investigation and found the crane workers drinking alcohol at a bar across the street during their lunch hour!
