<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually the FBI stops short of saying Kingsland/Kohn himself stole the art.  Their exact words were that it had &quot;questionable provenance.&quot;  Perhaps he could have been a fence for the goods?  At this point the FBI hasn&apos;t been able to determine the provenance of much of the art, aside from a few receipts.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
