<description>&lt;p&gt;Weird.  I was at the Conde Nast building, and the building going up next door (on the east of it) was roped off as the culprit at that time.  Everybody inside said it was that building that was shedding glass.  Inside, someone said they&apos;d heard a crash.

Basically, that whole area is risky: stay west of 6th ave.  Not much going on on 7th for the moment.  Except of course the occasional gas leaks.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;a few months ago, one of those respirator masks with the canisters on it fell from that building and landed about two feet in front of me.  

after that, i never ever go by that place.
