• Hotel occupancy rates rose between May 2008 and last year, as has the average cost of a hotel room, which is now $350 (it was $300 in May 2007)!
• Shots were fired at a judge's Queens home early this morning. No one was in the home at the time, and the NYPD won't identify the judge, "because it would expose him to more potential harm."
