<description>&lt;p&gt;It works like this: Bloomberg allows developers to run amok building ever more expensive condo towers. Cranes at those worksites fall down on the odd homeless person on the street. They and their advocate in turn, sue the condo builders and get a few hundred thousand and move into a nice apartment. Homelessness solved.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
