Lemme see. I'm guessing Sam Israel will be reporting that he is clear minded enough to put in his plea sometime around 2012. WTF is the matter with these judges? Should be 'Ok, guilty. Go to jail. You can take your methadone and wean off your drug addiction there.'
I'm surprised I haven't read anything in The Gothamist about the Berwyn Heights, MD shooting of the mayor's two dogs perpetrated by the sheriff's dept during a mistaken home raid.
@Future Taliban, I'm working on something now. It's pretty upsetting--and reminiscent of no-knock raids here in the city.
The new fountain is spot-on. I saw them survey the new location and I went and eyeballed the markers from WSP South. They lined up perfectly with the center of the arch and the center of 5th Avenue.

Thanks. This case really needs to get highlighted because it was totally uncalled for and COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ANYONE OF US that has a pet. It now seems that the mayors address was used fraudulently by a couple of drug smugglers who regularly mailed drugs like this to unsuspecting addresses and then came by afterwards to pick up the shipment from the doorstoop before the real occupants of the home arrived. I'm sure you'll cover the details. Thanks again.
What's a bailtout?
