<p>I beg to differ with Brantley's review of "Buffalo Gal." Saw it last week 'cause a friend had free tickets, and it was TERRIBLE. Well, maybe it "glows" if you're some upper-middle class white dude, but for someone like me who sees lots of theater and has a toe in whatever "alternative" community is out there, it was false and hackneyed and boring as crud. And some of the performances were downright cloying. Skip it and spend your time trying to get tickets to "Hair."</p>
