I'm with you #7. Maybe JetBlue should concentrate on getting planes off the ground before worrying about pillows and blankies. JetBlue has lost me as a customer after I spent 8 hours at Hancock airport before canceling my flight to NYC. And I never got the $100 credit.

I dont know if it makes it any better for anyone but the pillow is a special anti-allergy pillow that repels odor and dust. i mean it will be the best airplane pillow you've ever had (i know thats not earth shattering). Might not justify it or anything but you're not paying for the same old crappy pillows everyone thinks of.

Oh, yeah. I'd rather pay for a clean pillow without someone's head print in it than use one of the re-used ones. And blankets, for that matter.

My mom works for jetBlue...the other day she told me that when jetBlue started, 15% of the price of a ticket paid for fuel. Now fuel accounts for 70%. this is only going to get worse.

It's a mess up there. I've got a pilot friend who flies for United, and he says that they're literally losing $2 for every seat that's sold. So yeah—for the next year or two, prices are just gonna get worse.I'm not surprised. The high cost of fuel has to be hitting the airlines just like everyone else.

after the last fiasco i had with jebblue, they can be guaranteed i will never fly with them again let alone pay money for a pillow and blanket for their short hop flights. and thanks for the $100 credit for cancelling my flights, making me rent a car to get back to NYC, wasting 6 hours of my life, missing another day of work jeblue - you know what you can do with your lousy $100 credit.

Delta is planning to charge $4 extra for passengers with body fluids, and an additional "Bloodclot surcharge" for those on long haul flights. Oxygen remains free -for now.
