Considering that Wii boxing comes with the Wii and the whole system is somewhere around $250, this seems like a complete waste of money. Even if you threw in the Fit, that's only another $90.

I would be pissed if someone incorporated this into my workout, since I'm paying for the services and expertise of a personal trainer, not for the trainer to sit back while I punch at a screen. Sort of makes me understand the moms that forbade television when I was babysitting as a teen.

I will say though, that Wii boxing thing is a workout. I was sweating and out of breath the last time I played, and was sore for like three days afterward.

No, there can't possibly be yuppies in Manhattan that willingly overpay for marginally beneficial services!

Evans says she has her clients use the Wii during an “active recovery” break between several other exercises.

Presumably, they're really paying for the exercises that they're recovering from, not so much the Wii boxing.

With that amount of money, why don't people save it and buy the WII?
