When will this state learn to live within it's means and stop taxing the living shit out of everybody. Umm, you don't think maybe Paterson is trying to find a way to address our financial issues WITHOUT extracting more money from us? That seems to be the whole point here, doesn't it? And when D C says no we will be taxed up the ass because the ball sacks in Albany will never do with less.

There are many states that are having major financial problems right now. California has a $15 Billion deficit, three times that of New York. As states are not allowed to carry budget deficits, they have to work to limit the damage. The feds can't bail the states out as the feds are under enough red ink as it is. Time to trim the fat

NYC sends much more money to Albany than it gets back. NYS sends much more to DC than it gets back. NYC has more liberal twats to push taxing and spending as well as corporate robber barons to fleece the system and drive the economy into the ground. Good luck Davey boy.
