A-Rod Says Pre-Nup Should Stand

Alex Rodriguez filed documents this morning responding to his estranged wife Cynthia's divorce filing from three weeks ago. While Cynthia Rodriguez asked for a share of his considerable earnings (not to mention support for their two daughters and their mansion), A-Rod contends that their pre-nuptial agreement should stand (Florida is a no-fault state), pointing out C-Rod signed the pre-nup "with the assistance of counsel of her own choosing, freely and voluntarily ... and with full and complete financial disclosure of husband's income, assets and liabilities." He does call her a "loving and nurturing mother" and that he will, of course, pay child support, though an amount determined by the court.

She just wants money to have her penis removed.

She's got an education, and can work. She signed the prenup, basta. She shouldn't have signed it if she had plans to become a rich divorcée.

  • Jerky

Greedy bitch, what did she think the pre-nup was all about??

  • Seizure

child payment and most likely a million dollar publishing deal for a "tell all" book

  • TKaisen

The child support payment will be more than most of make in 2 years. I think she'll scrape by.

  • Deca

She must feel pretty low. She lost her husband to an elderly singer who surrounds herself with confused homosexuals and drugged up fake jews chanting in badly accented hebrew.

Even still, she signed a prenup, and should stick to it.
