I ate some fast food recently and found all this disgusting sodium in it. Do I get to sue? Or do I suffer quietly like hundreds of millions of other people?

When I was waitressing, I once served a salad with a large piece of metal in it. I had made the salad and did not add any extras. I think a piece of the fridge fell into it while it was chilling. So mistakes like that can be innocent. Although once I dipped someone's silverware in the toilet cuz they were giving me a rough time!

[2] is right. What idiot at DOH thinks they make those apple pies on site? It was probably made somewhere four states away, well out of NYC DOH jurisdiction.

Had it happen to me at a diner on the west side once in a chili-burger. Luckily it fell out after a bite and onto a plate. They threw out the batch of chili and the problem was solved. No harm, no lawsuit.

Its a screw. Accidents happen. Do they even make the apple pies at the restaurant or do they just warm them up? Better a screw than a roach.
