Accident on Cross-Bronx Expressway, 1 Dead
Around 5 a.m., a tractor-trailer and minivan collided on the eastbound Cross-Bronx Expressway ramp to the northbound New England Thruway. One vehicle was engulfed in flames. According to reports, one person is dead and three others are injured. A number of roads on both highways are closed as the crash is being investigated.
