Accident on Cross-Bronx Expressway, 1 Dead

2008_07_cbx.jpgAround 5 a.m., a tractor-trailer and minivan collided on the eastbound Cross-Bronx Expressway ramp to the northbound New England Thruway. One vehicle was engulfed in flames. According to reports, one person is dead and three others are injured. A number of roads on both highways are closed as the crash is being investigated.

Didn't a similar wreck happen a couple weeks ago? Man, does NYC really need a relief route for those Boston-bound semis.
