And Jemal's lawyers apparently said the DOS attack on GerritsenBeach.net was the work of a "renegade employee" who was later fired.
  • The Serbian foreign minister said wanted upstate attack suspect Miladin Kovacevic will not be extradited to the U.S. since there is no extradition policy to the U.S.

  • The president of a pool company was charged with manslaughter after a Connecticut 6-year-old drowned, due to the pool's suction drain that did not follow pool safety codes.
