@Spirit, I guess I'm in the minority of civilized people then, because no matter where you come from a head shot is definitely good aim. Unless, of course, the officer was aiming for his chest. Also, don't let Bingo's igno-rants get to you. He's a bit on the de-de-de side, rides the short bus and needs to have his diaper changed every few minutes.
