[16] No, that is not assault. In UK law, assault is doing something that makes the other party fear for their safety. Just calling them a name won't do that. Some kind of threat would be more appropriate. Actually, he just misread the script. It says "sets out to avenge his mother" and he thought it said "sets out to assault his mother."

Bizarre. Think he's one of the best actors out there. If this has any truth to it then there's a fine line between between genius and madness. Maybe he was "prepartying" a bit too much before the premiere or upset Heath would upstage him.
