His only mistake was using Subway materials. If he had only avoided that, nobody would have complained. Should have named it something like "Footlongs" or "A Train." Just don't use the MTA's train signage.

What was one to do with all those leftover subway wrappers? When I was in China there was a place that was car wash during the day and it became a restaurant at night. It's efficient use of space. Yo Vinny, do what you gotta do to make a buck.
