Paterson lives there in a rent-stabilized pad? I thought he moved into the "Executive Mansion" in Albany. Rent stabilization laws require tenants to live in the apartment for at least 6 months of the year, unless they've gotten permission to sublet it to someone while they're away. How can the governor think he can do this? Oh, and: Another tenant, who health problems forced him to leave outside the building, was nearly evicted... Huh? Can you just try a little teensy bit of proofreading once in a while?

Couldn't Rangel just use the E.P.A. to empty all those rent-stabilized tennants out of that building so he could divvie up the spoils with his pal Olnick? What a weak excuse for a congressman.
