I would say that the general public feeling in the aftermath of this event was relief though... that it wasn&apos;t 9/11 part 2. I&apos;m sure at Public House people were FREAKed out. The Car Bomb thing seems to be them poking fun at themselves for thinking that a pipe explosion was the apocalypse.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

And the intersection at Lex and 43rd is still a mess. Apparently the children at Con Ed and New York City are still quarreling about who is responsible for the clean up.

And who loses, trying to navigate around broken concrete and barriers at this corner? New Yorkers.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
