Spin Rage Me Round Like a Record

2008_07_sugarman.jpgEven though a 6-person jury found Christopher Carter not guilty after allegedly assaulting a fellow spin class student who was grunting and generally obnoxious, Carter isnt quite satisfied. The Post reports the stockbroker wants the Manhattan DA's office to "prosecute admitted grunter Stuart Sugarman for allegedly perjuring himself on the witness stand during the wacky fitness fracas trial." Sugarman's lawyer claims it's a publicity stunt, since Sugarman is suing Carter for injuries. However, Carter's lawyer says Sugarman, whose testimony was contradicted by other spin class attendees, "repeated the exact same lies in the civil complaint." Please, Sugarman and Carter--take this to Judge Judy or Judge Joe Brown or Judge Marilyn Milian!

Carter would get a raw deal on any of those TV court shows!

This is about white collar on white collar beat down justice, not nancy-pantsy cut and dry TV for homemakers and other unemployables!

sugarman lied. he's f-ed!

This reminds me, CVS and Rite Aid are having a big sale on douche bags.

why don't these two just sleep with each other & get it over with?

the judge should throw this douchebag against the wall and say "case closed"

I hope this case goes on forever and ever.

In addition to perjury, he should be charged with unnecessary grunting.

If unnecessary grunting is not yet a crime, Anthony Weiner or Eric Gioia or Christine Quinn should propose making it one.

I vote for putting these two guys together in a nice cage for a fight to the death. You go, girl!
