yes cops have no right shooting at any criminal, no matter how violent, that is black. Blacks should be placed on a pedestal and we must be careful not to step on their toes lest we incur their wrath. I hope someone told Sharpton about this!

Where does it say the suspect was a "person of color"? He may or may not be, but it's odd that you'd automatically assume that. The guy had a gun and was shooting at cops. How else do you expect the cops to react?

Well, the man allegedly didn't stop and drop his weapon when they asked him--instead, he fired. You can't run around the streets holding a gun--I'd expect the police to ask anyone running with a gun in his/her hands to drop it. We'll see when more details come out about the shooting.
