Gothamist: Who Do You Call to Clean Up the Shooting Down the Street?

I live across the street. I've called 311 four times. It is the owner of the property's responsibility and the owner of the property is the MTA. I have contacted the MTA and the health department. Yet the crime scene has still NOT been cleaned up as of 6:15 tonight. The rain this morning helped a little bit. But it's not to hard to find bloody gauze, misc. paramedic debris and yes a big blood stain and teeth. Someone stole the victims hat and bloody gloves on Saturday evening. Gross. The MTA is a disgrace.

Holy hell, are you kidding me?!!! Every person who lives in that area or walks down that block should call 311. Aren't there any checks and balances in place to look out for these types of poor performance?
