Actually, they're not. They involved in commercial real estate as agents, brokers or something of the sort, but they're not developers.

Fuckin' idiots. These are the same kind of people who would have strangled in Christo's fabric as they sped down the LIE in their Bugatti using the saffron scarf when it unexpectedly became tangled in the spokes of the roadster. Serves 'em right.

They didn't pull the men away with life preservers. One swam to the boat and the other was thrown a line. Post reporters are terrible and shouldn't be quoted. The guy on the right looks totally unrepentant. The other guy looks scared and probably mortified by the attention to his stupidity.
