Earlier this afternoon, two kayakers required some extra help when they got too close to the temporary NYC Waterfalls near the Brooklyn Bridge. Harbor and aviation units were on the scene to help them out--there was even a request to shut down the waterfall. The two people were rescued and the waterfalls continue to flow. Less dicey ways to see the falls include walking on the Brooklyn promenade, taking a boat cruise, or while biking around town.

If they killed someone, they'd be so much cooler.
Those poor kayakers would be well advised to load up on vaccinations.
Who the hell kayaks up close to a waterfall? They should have let evolution do it's thing. Or at least get them to pay for the "harbor and aviation units" who had to rescue their stupid asses.
BTW, who calls boats and helicopters, "harbor and aviation units"?
i don't know about everyone else, but i'm highly dissapointed by these waterfalls.
Are they innocent kayakers, or stupid kayakers?
