Man Suspected of Fatal NJ Shooting Found in Brooklyn
The man believed to have shot his estranged wife at a YMCA in Montclair, NJ--in front of his daughter--was apprehended in Brooklyn yesterday. Police had been looking for Kenneth Duckett for the past 12 days, and a tip was called in leading them to an apartment in Flatbush. Duckett is awaiting extradition to NJ; Essex County prosecutor Paula Dow said, "He's been formally charged with murder and various weapons offenses. Bail has been set at one million dollars."
