Silverstein rebuilt WTC 7 in 4 years; the Pentagon was repaired in one. Nothing of the "I'm an artiste) Libeskind design will ever be built, making that whole design contest a sad fraud. The Calatrava station may not get built at all. Even if no one profited from the delays, I would like to see someone go to jail (Pataki and Silberg?) just to scare the rest of the inept idiots.
