the odds were against this poor kid from the start. You need a license to own a dog, but apparently any misfit can have a child.

Also--never keep your purse/wallet/belongings in the open, whether you work at a school or an office. Put them in a drawer, preferably one that is locked.

This story explains why there are so many twisted, warped morals & values coming from young people today. If your own parents can't be good examples of morals & values, then who will teach them???
