Speaking as some one who was in the USAF you get paid peanuts. The salary the give is a joke and when you see private contractor over there making 1000.00 an hour it sort of makes you mad. Saying that we should be reimbursed for the money that is lost you cant blame the soliders,airmen,sailors, they don't say hey lets go to war. So I want the city to get back some of that money from the Fed and I want it now. If they can give no bid contracts to Haliburton the can give a few million to the city
