So there's a staff of people in Albany being paid to set state "controlled" prices for milk - which is then ignored by the retailers. Another example of taxpayer money going down the drain.

I don't mind expensive milk if the farmers' are getting their piece of the pie...that regulation has really hurt the dairy business in new york state.

i buy one litre of 1% drop a little cornstarch in there after i open it and it lasts for almost a month without going sour... i use milk for tea and coffee, that's it... who's drinking a gallon of that crap a day or every two to three days?

I agree I am glad I don't like milk but I do like cheese and icecream so get ready to pay more for that pink berry and that slice of pizza
