Kevin Chang is my cousin and he had to be put in a coma. they're doing surgery on him right now. its veryy sad. 3 a.m in he morning it all happened

Until they start taking the cars away from suspended drivers(impounding them), incarcerating the drivers without licenses who are caught driving, and mollycoddling car drivers and owners generally, this will be all too common. I mourn the loss of so many like Julie.
