It&apos;s only a restaurant, and not a good one at that.  

Busy, rushed, crowded, mediocre food and service, a nutty queen for an owner who still can&apos;t pronounce his English well after 30 years here (NY1 had to provide a translation).

So what do you think the landlord gave him to take over the business?  A pretty penny, I bet.
