Just wait for the lawsuits to pile up in two decades when they go to replace the new stadium. Either they invalidate the licenses (which devalues them leading to lawsuits) or they allow a transfer to the new stadium, in which case only some seats are devalued (and only a few people sue them).

Well you need to consider how good the team is the better the team plays the better ROI. But Since they are the Jets your would more then just break even at best.

On the one-hand it's a ripoff. On the other, if your personal seat license is something you own and can sell to others, then it's a good investment. However, it pretty much guarantees that the average Tom, Dick and Harry won't be going to too many games. There are already enough corporate douchebags at Giants Stadium now.
