Regarding the beers at lunch and the problems associated with it, has any accident been attributed to doing same?

If the City Council succeeds at banning people clibing the exteriors of buildings, look for the Jeannie Moos piece on CNN featuring King Kong getting ticketed. Reason enough to let Darwin handle this one.
