Both good points, but it sounds like it's the Department of Sanitation that should have had possession of that truck.

I am constantly amazed by the idiots that run this city. As I walked from Sixth Avenue to Seventh Avenue on 23rd street where I saw seven of those total pieces of DOT shit fucks writing up tickets falling all over each other to get another write.
Why can't the city apply some of those stooges to doing something that is beneficial?
I look at some of those pieces of crap and question if they ever had motorized vehicles in their villages from whence they came.
