<description>&lt;p&gt;Very interesting, Danielle.  I love ochazuke, I love sweetbreads, never imagined putting them together.  Not so sure about the wasabi, though.  I&apos;m kinda tired of anything Japanese in this country being smeared with fake wasabi.  Looks like a lovely dish, though!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
