I feel so sorry for the renters. NOT! If the new ownres want to put in a five story waterfall in the middle of their building and the rent stabilized or rent controlled shits can't move fine. Cut off water and electricity and get the assholes out. Squatter jerks shouldn't have any right to living in the space anymore than other cheap shits.
