sorry, you'll get no sympathy from me. This house is estimated to be worth approx $961,000. Sounds to me like the owner is waiting for the economy to get better before he will consider selling. I don't see why the owner is so sentimental when he's letting this supposed piece of history look like a piece of s**t. Hello...this house looks like it came from the slums of the 1700s. and it did!

I was just going to post the same thing. Come on, guys, at least give out the basic facts of the story. I think when people point out the vast quality difference between "internet journalism" and printed media, this is exactly what they're talking about.

New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) will meet next Tuesday to hear out owner John Antonides case, one that he has been voicing for the past 10 years. but what is his "case"? this article is missing some vital information. ...could soon be a thing of the past... again, you don't say why. I don't want to have to click through to another article just to find out the basics of this one.
