Sounds to me like the owner is waiting for the economy to get better before he will consider selling. I don&apos;t see why the owner is so sentimental when he&apos;s letting this supposed piece of history look like a piece of s**t. Hello...this house looks like it came from the slums of the 1700s. and it did!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
