Lots of people, actually. For "professional" burglers, 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. is the perfect time to commit crimes, especially on weekends, because few people are awake. The people who stay out late partying have gone to bed, and the people who get up early to work haven't gotten up yet. I learned this from the cops when my dad's car was broken into, along with two of his neighbors' cars, at 5:30 a.m.
