one time i posted an ad on craigslist a couple of years ago saying i was a photo artist and wanted to pay $ to take pics of men's potbellies. A ton of people replied with the size of their potbellies and sample pics. people are so stupid and will do anything for $ on craigslist! i need to think of some other good stuff to do!

this is kind of a weird situation. It's curious that people were smart enough to accumulate 2000 dollars in cash but dumb enough to fall for such a blatant and dangerous scam.

Anyone responding to the ad would assume they're buying stolen property; the "bring cash and meet me on a street corner in East Flatbush" only helps explain how the "too good to be true" deal might be true. Of course when making a deal with criminals involving a lot of cash it'd be a good idea to take along your own armed crew.

what turnip truck did these buyers fall off from? You don't go into certain areas. where? Most of Brooklyn for one. no reason not to do your research, it's not like the old days when all one had was a subway map. And use a car if you're going to an unknown area.
