I've yet to have a hot cup of coffee at Starbucks. This bitch made it all up. And if her feet were cut off by a train or something, she'd get $50,000. That's the going rate.

This fellow new yorker says 75 grand is ridiculous, forget 300 grand. How much were her medical bills? Five hundred dollars? Two thousand dollars? You go into a starbucks or mcdonalds or friendly independent neighborhood coffee shop and order coffee, you accept some risk of the coffee spilling. When that coffee spills, you don't win the lottery.

200 degree coffee? Starbucks policy is to steam milk latte to 160 deg..... I might be comparing apples to oranges. This reminds me of the mcdonalds coffee case. I wonder what ever happened to the bronx girls who sued mcdonalds b/c they were fat?
