On the steps of the Capitol, Representative Charles Rangel and other members of the New York Congressional delegation thew their support behind Barack Obama. The delegation had been supporting Hillary Clinton, but yesterday Clinton aides revealed she would formally concede on Saturday at a rally and endorse Obama.
Rangel referred to Clinton, saying, "We are so pleased to see that on this Saturday, in Washington, D.C., she intends to not only reach out for unity but to reach out and support directly Senator Obama." And while there's talk of positioning Clinton as Obama's running mate, Representative Carolyn Maloney said, "I think she'd make a magnificent addition to the Supreme Court."

no, Carolyn, she wouldn't.
The Supreme Court! I was hoping for Hill, and will never vote for Obama (even if she gets the VP nod), but such a proposition is outlandish and an insult!
thew their support behind Barack Obama
oh dear god no!!!
while i think she's not a half bad senator (though she turned into a terrible presidential nominee), clinton would be an awful judge - plus that would be a total slap in the face to all the, you know, actual judges out there.
If she were to develop alopecia, I could see her in a black robe alonside Thomas Scalia. Otherwise, she needs to stay in the Senate and grow musty and stale like a good little loser.
Oh god, ew, please no.
Hillary Clinton is too old for the Supreme Court. They need somebody in their forties to go to the SC. Then a Dem will be there for at least twenty years. Rep. Maloney is such a noob.
