Bovine lips are sent to Mexico, ground up & served as taco fillings. Unless they end up in Nathan's hotdogs. Well, it's a praiseworthy idea. Pretty much, most of a cow, or a pig is edible. Eat them whole, waste nothing.

When was the last time you saw a model at Bubby's? Every time I've gone there the place was overrun with screaming brats and families. I say yes! save the eyelids and toenails for them kids.

I am disappointed NYMag didn't go whole hog with their pun in the headline. it reads: "Bubby's Makes a Major Cow Commitment" Cow Commitment?? Come on, NYMag. That is just lame! It should obviously be cow-mmitment.

So it's like an organic McDonald's? In legal terms, their claim of "100% beef" includes all of the cow. So for clarity, I think they should say "Eyeballs and assholes".
