The driver of the Nissan struck another car during the incident and is obviously a hazard. He's not a "hazard." A pothole is a hazard. This maniac is a menace to society with depraved indifference to the safety and well-being of others and should be locked away for good. If they already have the plate and description, why haven't they gotten registration information from DMV?
