<description>&lt;p&gt;They totally left out SoHo, which maybe has the best garbage on earth. I&apos;ve found neat architectural samples, among other things, and one time I had gigantic free shampoo samples stuffed in my mailbox (I live on the outer fringes of the neighborhood).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
