The doors were listed to open at 10:30 pm, headlining artist to perform at 12:00 a.m. I go there at 10:30 and stood in an unmoving line outside in pouring rain for 3 hours, and when I realized I was missing the artists I intended to see, I left without even getting in. Mind you, I was still waiting in line after 3 hours and hadn't moved forward at all. The organization the venue has in place to let in people with advance tickets was terrible and I will never buy advance tickets to this venue again. Places such as Webster Hall holds triple the volume of this club and it takes 30 minutes for the will call to get in if even that. They also did not refund my admission.
