As the presiding judge, I would order both to have Norplants done immediately. I would also order a shared custody arrangement between Dina Lohan and a cell block full of randy sex offenders with the cameras turned off, and the facility terribly short-staffed.

Wouldn't it just be quicker and easier to sell one's daughter into sex slavery than pretending to be mindful parent?
