*photo nerds are some of the most annoying nerds* grammar nazi's are the most annoying. the comments on the photos aren't malicious, just an inquiry... it's more about the food color representation than the actually photo technique.

i was gonna say, many of these "camera in the kitchen" shots lack basic photoshoppery and white balance treatment. why is that?

I've been trying to explain white balance to the gothamist food writers for years now, and they either don't get it, don't care, or are color blind.
