Bedford Clowns Confront Earwax Employees

bubblesclown.jpg

0805clowns.jpgBack in January video emerged of an enthusiastic street performer, Matthew Silver, dancing in front of Earwax record store on Bedford Avenue. It seems that a war has been going on since, between the employees of the store and the ever-growing troupe of Silver's clowns (dubbed the BC Fools) that adorn the outside of its shop.

Seems the Earwax employees have been dumping buckets of water on the performers (who have gone into the store on occasion); in the past they've also been threatened with mace, and dumped water on their electrical equipment, cameras and even an innocent baby bystander! The drenched victims declared they'd get their revenge, which was to come yesterday.

The clowns were certainly present on Bedford, but it's been eerily quiet when it comes to news of their Earwax endeavor...

It would make sense for the clowns to just move down the street where they won't bother the store.

Hipster vendetta! Next it'll be drive-by water balloons.

now if the earwax people wanted to make it a REAL laugh, they'd chase those clowns with the bucket, an when they toss it at said clowns it would be confetti ...

anyway.

I hate clowns

Douche Will Eat Itself.

The earwax dudes are just record store dudes. Have you ever met a nice record store employee? They are the most arrogant group of immature fraternity rejects you can find. It's the law.

Next up -- clowns with fire bombs and bonfires eight feet high made from Sondre Lerche vinyl albums

I'm not sure which group I care about less.

Those goddamned clowns are ruining this city.

When will this clown on clown violence stop? They should all move to Clown Heights.

Doucheburg, Brooklyn, a/k/a Clowntown, U.S.A.

Clown Heights! LOL
Wait, there ain't much humor there...

Wait, which group are the clowns again?

If only Clown College had a grad program for English majors these guys would all be bros...

Seriously, what goes on in Williamsburg, and why does Jen Carlson care so much? I guess I'm not hip enough to get it, is this art? What about a drug addict wash up in a cone head have to do with art or have any relevence? I get it, its the whole dueche bag irony thing these scum bags go after. This reminds me of that story about David Sedaris melting green plastic soldiers in a pan and calling it art. Even he knew it was a joke...after he came down from being stoned. Losers.

Look out Tetsuo! It's the Clowns!!

Neo-Bohemia is about to E.X.P.L.O.D.E.
