I love that McCain spent last weekend eating popcorn and watching the Diamondbacks. He doesn't even need to make hints at his VP nom or make any other gestures to keep his name in the press. Speaking of those loans - the Clintons made $100 mil last year. Why not just pay flat-out for part of your campaign? "OK contributors, I'm going to front you this money so I can spend it all on attack ads, but I want it back!" Of course, there is probably some technical campaign-finance reason. Hillary is going to be perceived as the new Joe Lieberman figure, now.
